The Unconditional Data Sovereignty Clause
Your factory data belongs 100% to you. Unlike traditional ERP providers who trap your records behind proprietary paywalls or extortionate export fees, ERPrath guarantees that you can export your entire operational database (BOMs, vendor histories, inventory registers, and accounting ledgers) at any time in open, industry-standard SQL, Excel, and CSV formats. Complete data portability. Zero export penalties.
1. Subscription Plans & Transparent Billing
ERPrath is provided on an annual subscription basis. All listed prices are straightforward with zero hidden implementation charges:
- Standard Tier: ₹25,000 / year (₹69/day equivalent) + 18% GST for up to 5 user accounts. Includes core MRP, inventory, finance, and production.
- Premium Tier: ₹36,000 / year (₹99/day equivalent) + 18% GST for up to 20 user accounts. Includes advanced shop-floor scheduling, priority support, and up to 40% custom workflow adaptation as per client SOPs.
- Ultra Tier: ₹1,49,999 / year (₹411/day equivalent) + 18% GST for up to 50 user accounts. Includes dedicated solutions engineer, multi-facility ledgers, and AI predictive analytics.
2. 30-Day Shop-Floor Fit Guarantee
We stand behind our manufacturing software. If within the first 30 days of onboarding our platform fails to support your approved factory Bill of Materials (BOM) or production routing workflows as demonstrated during your briefing, you may terminate the agreement for a full refund of your annual subscription fee.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime
We commit to an industry-standard 99.9% application uptime for all hosted cloud tiers, excluding pre-announced weekend maintenance windows (typically scheduled on Sunday midnight IST). Database snapshots are captured automatically every 60 minutes with multi-zone geographic redundancy.
4. Intellectual Property & Trade Secrets
All client inputs, CAD files, part drawings, chemical formulas, vendor rates, and customer orders remain your exclusive intellectual property. ERPrath retains ownership solely of the underlying software code, database schema architecture, and interface designs.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
For Indian customers, this agreement is governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka. For European and international clients, transactions are governed by German commercial law under the jurisdiction of Stuttgart, Germany.
